Cash Value Blueprint is a consumer media property operated by Hugh O'Shea, PLLC, a Florida professional limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you use cashvalueblueprint.com, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have.

We are not an insurance carrier. We do not sell insurance. What we do is explain how indexed universal life insurance works and, if you ask us to, connect you with one licensed insurance agent in your state.

Information you give us

If you complete our quiz, we collect:

  • Your answers — what you are trying to accomplish, your age range, what life insurance you already have, whether you have retirement or investment accounts, what you could set aside monthly, where you are in the process, your state and, if you provide it, your ZIP code.
  • Your contact details — name, phone number and email address.
  • A record of your consent — the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time you submitted it, the method used, and confirmation that you checked the box.

You choose whether to give us any of this. If you do not complete the quiz, we do not collect it.

Information collected automatically

  • Your browser type and version, by way of your user agent string.
  • Your browser's time zone setting.
  • The page address you submitted from, including any campaign tracking parameters attached to the link you arrived on.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta advertising pixel, which records page views and quiz activity.

How we use it

  • To route your inquiry to one licensed insurance agent in your state.
  • To allow that agent to contact you by phone, text and email, as described in the consent you gave.
  • To keep a record that you consented, when, and to what language.
  • To measure which advertising works and to improve the quiz and this site.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations.

Who receives it

One licensed insurance agent. Your answers and contact details go to a single licensed insurance agent appointed to follow up with you. We do not distribute your information to a network of agents, and we do not sell it to a lead marketplace or to data brokers.

Service providers. We use vendors to run this site and our systems, including our customer relationship platform, our website hosting and domain providers, and our communications providers. They may process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Advertising platforms. Our advertising pixel shares activity on this site, such as page views and quiz events, with Meta so we can measure campaign performance. You can limit this through your browser cookie settings and through your ad settings on those platforms.

Legal. We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Text messaging. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain the consent and communication records required of us, and then for as long as applicable law requires. Consent records are kept longer than ordinary contact records because we are required to be able to evidence them.

How we protect it

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted transmission and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

  • Stop contact. Reply STOP to any text, ask the agent to stop contacting you, or email us at the address below.
  • Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond as required by applicable law.
  • State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of certain sharing for targeted advertising. Contact us using the details below and tell us which right you wish to exercise.
  • Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Parts of this site may not work as intended if you do.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
