These terms govern your use of cashvalueblueprint.com. The site is operated by Hugh O'Shea, PLLC, a Florida professional limited liability company, under the name Cash Value Blueprint. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Cash Value Blueprint explains how indexed universal life insurance works and, at your request, connects you with one licensed insurance agent in your state. That is the whole of what we do.
We are not an insurance carrier, an insurance broker, a bank, a registered investment adviser, a law firm or a tax practice. We do not issue policies, underwrite risk, quote premiums or make recommendations about your finances.

Insurance is regulated state by state. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, insurance in any state where the agent you would be connected with is not licensed. If no licensed agent is available in your state, we will tell you rather than pass your information elsewhere.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hugh O'Shea, PLLC from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
